Ethnic minorities tend not to speak out due to fear of judgement, fear of negative branding, fear of adverse effects on their careers and many more reasons that others may not be aware of.

This is a community project aimed at giving voices to those facing racial inequality day in day out... these figures and their experiences are often hidden in plain sight.

If you've faced racial inequality in your daily life, micro-aggressions at work or socially, we want your voice to be heard.

Using this platform to instigate change, open minds and help educate the societies we live in and the companies we work for, of the continued existence of racial inequalities.
